Do they ride firm at all heights or just when fully inflated? All bags ride stiff as hell when fully inflated. If they are riding firm as hell at all heights then may pay to try rolling without the shocks and see how that goes. If it makes it way better then try putting some softer shocks in and see how that goes as riding with no shocks is just as horrible than riding with hard bags. Slams do tend to be harder riding in general than most other bags but thats because they are built so damn tuff. They are bulletproof if installed correctly.

shouldn't ride rough at all. you check your ball joints and make sure they are ok? that could be a factor, or else as previously stated, your shocks are binding up. butno way should the slams be riding rough, i pulled my rear shocks out of the caddy (3,400 lbs curb weight vehicle in stock trim, with a few hundred more in it now) and it barly changed the ride characteristics at all.

i think because they are over axle im getting a shitty ride i only have trouble with the rear the front is ok

just rty s REALY soft shock in the rear. almost any over the axle setup is goin to ride ruff.unless you have a low preasure in the bags to soften the ride.

dont take the shocks off, you will start getting wheelhop and bumpsteer, shocks are important, those es bags are pretty stiff, i woulda put the rs bags in the rear, and over the axle anything is gonna ride alittle rough, on my f/s chevy i put the bags overthe axle (rs 82 monsters) and they ride pretty stiff unless its down to about 15-25 psi.

when i say rough i dont mean bad, just not as squishy.
