frenched tail lights

im workin on a 00 honda civic and shavin the trunk smooth and puttin in some simi truck led tail lights (round circles) about 4" wide any body with tips on how to go about this or any pics of frenched in tail lights

search around you might find some premade frenching cups. if not, what about getting some steel pipe and making your own. should be fairly simple to make. just get the steel pipe slightly bigger than your lights and weld flat ciricles in one end to act as the back to bolt the light to.
