Help!!!

Ok my room mate has a 95 i think GSR integra im trying to help him fix,its an OBD I system, the problem is that when ever you push the clutch in once the car is warmed up, it stalls. the engine doesnt kick up when the a/c is on either. i Think its the TPS sensor, but im not much on hondas, any help? the engine dies every time you pull up to a red light.
