by bondo do you mean the stuff that you can get at autozone? or just "bondo" as a filler? i use evercoat, i it works good, but i can never get it right the first or second try, i always have to sand it first, spray black gloss on it, sand more, add more bondo, sand more, black gloss again, untill i get it right.. and

yeah i use evercoat but if you see my truck in lebaon don't hate i just made a new hood thursday night and it's far from perfect along with the rest of the bodwork, never have the time to finish.

evercoat z grip sands good too...
Use a bigger block at first too that helps

sand in an x pattern and leave more on asyou go from 40 to 80 to 180 and so on.

Bondo brand sucks ass. I wouldnt use it for anything. dynalite gold is very good too.

rage gold is excellent. i like to finish sand with a good polyester primer..

trying to get all deep about the feelings bondo might have

i think you have been using bondo in a closed area too long,

i like marson Platinum myself it doesn't pinhole as bad as rage gold and it sands better

Rage Gold Rocks!!! and most evercoat brands do too!!

Evercoat knows their stuff for sure... Nothing nicer than knocking down 50/50 lightweight filler and a glazing putty, sands super easy and is very easy to use, flows just right to even it's self out.
