You need to have the truck at ride height, and decide where youll be mounting the bars.
The one I did, all of the tabs faced up or down, so I see what you mean about subtracting the length of tabs.
Maybe this
helps:Measures 2.25" From center of hole to the end.
Measures 4.25" from center of hole to the end.
2.75" From center of hole to the inner part of the arch.
2-5/8" from center of hole to the inner part of the arch.
You get a basic idea where you want the bars first, and you might laugh.. but I actually made cardboard rectangle tabs and taped them in place to measure from hole to hole LOL. As for a 3link, if thats what you meant by wishbone, I think all of the bushings would be parallel, so you just measure in between the 2 planes of where your tabs will be, when a 4link you'd have to measure at an angle.
Get all 4 bars adjustable if possible, youll have a little room for error in case you for some reason cant change the mounting locations to compensate for .25" off measurement or somethin.. you can just adjust the bars a little.. that and correct your pinion if its a hair off after everythings welded up.
Hope some of that possibly helps, its probably a big run-on sentence, i accidently do that sometimes when just typing out steps to doing something..lmao.
Good luck and post a shitload of pics
