97 s10 parking lamp problem??

this is a very hard to explain problem so ill do my best. i have a 97 s10 with no parking lights in the front bumper. i still have my corner lights on the grille but they dont not come on. on the cluster my blinker arrows stay lit up until i turn the blinker on then they flash along with the blinker light on the grille both work fine.when my key is off i can turn the lights on then when i turn my blinker on the cluster arrow goes off and the light stays on but thats with the key off. can anyone tell me what this is???

you have to have the bumper lights hooked up with the bulb or it wont work

i found the wires that would be the parking lamps so i would have to hook them up in order to get everything back to normal?

Yea thats what happened on my 2000 when I was re painting the grill shell I unpluged the bulbs from the wires and when I drove it the blinker arrows stay lit up so if you put bulbs back in there youll be stright....
