Bolt on shops??? LOL

I was listen to the radio and heard and add for a local "shop" and damn it was funny once I got to thinkin about it.

I am sure there is a shop in everyones town that is a "full custom" shop and all the do is window tint and sell you rims? Anyway this shop guy sell Hydro air shocks they will raise your ride up and down to new stlyin hights. The Hydro airshocks got me.
Not to be talkin smack on how some peps make there money becuase damn these bolt-on shops around here make a killin off tail lights and them there wiper lights. Let alone the LED muffler tips.

Anyway, back to the "hydros" they sell. If you guys heard a shop add talkin about shit like this what would you think?? other than WTF?

shit, we have the biggest bolt on shop called Unigue autosports,they have there own show on speed ch called Unique whips...They claim to be the baddest custom shop in the tri state area...

yeah unique whips. Didnt they do carmello anthonys lincoln? I saw that Lincoln at the dub show. It looked all f-ed up. Body lines all mis-aligned and shitty paint. All I could think was someone inthat shop is a good talker to make people think they do top quality work. They sell their work to people who dont know what they're looking at

True that, Around here we have these places that I like to call BS Customs. They all do the same thing install car audio for DA Drug dealers and some underbody lights on the side for imature highschool kids. There is a purpose for these "bolt on shops", they do cheap work and use cheap easy to instal parts to cut down labor costs. The average person does not understand the amount of time or money certain things can take, specifically if its something that has to be fabbed up. Most people arent crazy like us dropping thousands of dollars at a time on our rides

Theres a shop in my town whos name ill leave out but ends with customs, they order things and have other places put them in, except ^^^^^^ window tint and wheels hahaha

yeah theres a crap load of those shops around southeastern va but the coolest shop has the gayest name "The import shop" they do badass work and cut $200 off my estimate because i had a bagged truck it was sweet. this little asian guy comes out after i got my estimate and asks me if its gonna be a monster truck or a lo-lo and i told him i just finished bagging it and he said,"good cuz if it wass gonna be lifted i was gonna charge you $200 but since its low go ahead and take $200 off." and he signed off on my estimate gotta look for the cool shops hiddin in the corners
