I'm going to be bagging my ranger shortly but while I'm at it, I thought i might as well look into body dropping. What exactly is involved to do a stock floor body drop?

thxAndrew

hahahahahahah your joking right??!?!?!

well here it is real simple for you: take your body off your frame. throw said frame away. go get an 80-mid90s toyota truck front clip, and start making a new frame. bolt cab back (lol) and your ready to roll without the old ford ibeams, and all that crap. oh yeah you guessed it, your in for a treat, so do it right the first time. save your self a bunch of hassles. build your new frame and bag it before you take your ranger apart

James your such a dick bro.

OK, first off what year Ranger are you working with and what motor? If it is pre-97 then there are a few things you will need to know about bagging them. Secondly, just out of curiousity why do you want to stockfloor the truck as opposed to a traditional body drop? Any reason? Do you know the difference.

To be honest with you, unless you have the tools, welding experience, and automotive experience I would not take on trying to bodydrop your truck. Maybe you should consult a local custom fabrication shop into doing it.
