lights wont work

ok so i have my caddy lights hooked to a extra harness i got an they arent workin the way i was told to hook em up. i have the 2 yellow wires(caddy) hooked up to the yellow on the harness,3 grounds hooked up to the grounds on the harness,an the browns hooked to the harness.is there something more? i know the lights work i put power to em from another source an they lit up.all 3 bulbs. any help would be greatly appreciated

i went out with a volt meter this mornin an this is what i got this is on the harness of the truck that runs all the way to the front.....yellow-nothin,brown with white stripe-11.0 with parkin lights on,brown-nothin,dark green-11.43 brake,light green-11.53 in reverse.......idc bout reverse or or turn signals really it would be nice but i need to drive my truck...so any help would be great

i can help you out if its on a s-10 cuz i did it on mine

well if you didint know the s-10 harness and the cadillac harness is the same, so the original bulb and socket should just bolt up to the cadillac tail light so all you got left to do is add one more bulb and just match the wires and the last one hook it up to the small bulb on the s-10 and your done
