Just finished updating my front suspension and I see my ball joints are shredded. What have you guys been using as the ultimate ball joint. Truck is 93 xtd cab full size bagged w/27" tall tires.

Well, just my 2 cents, i just replaced my ball joints with ones from Adanced auto on my 97 full size and they seem to be fine to me....and the upper and lower for one side was like 50 bucks....i tell yah that bottom one was a pain for me.....peace

how much lower do you think these balljoints will allow you to go with stock arms and drop spindles? I noticed on my 27.3" tires, stock arms, 2" spindles, my balljoints are almost maxed out

my fullsize lays a 29" tall tire, and i just scored the upper arms infront of the balljoint, bent them down and welded them back up.

and it lays exhaust with no drop spindles.

I've thought about doing this also. What are you doing about the LCA's hitting the frame? Or do you run tubular arms?
