Will a Viair 380 open a Parker hydraulic slowdown so i can use it in my set-up? Will it slow the fill time if it does open?

they usually have something like a 1 psi crack pressure. you can blow hard through them and they will open.

like i said there roughly a 1psi crack pressure. you can plow into it and get it to open.

i got a parker 1/2 inch and the guy at the store told me it opens at 5 psi.
