do you have a set of easy outs?

if you can try and grind the bolt flat... get a Center drill and center drill it.. after that then get a drill and drill a hole in the middle.. after that get a easy out as stated above.. if it does not come out this way you can try just drilling it out by stepping up the drills one at a time until you can just pull the remains of the bolt out.. if you do have to go drillin it all the way out BE CAREFul not to ruin the threads!

last resort is if its not broken in there too deep and you can get at it you can weld another bolt on it and then just use a socket on the new bolt to try and spin the broken piece out

hope this helps

heat it up after using some PB Blaster (red and yellow can) and use an e-z out. If you don't have one then spen 10 dollars on the orileys ones. They'll get the job done.

its a reverse helix stud with a square end.you drill a pilot hole hammer it in and then lefty loosey the e-z out and it bites and turns it out.

Sears carries another easy-out socket style...it fits over broken bolts or stripped nuts, comes right out. Looks like the impeller on a pump.

the thing is the bolt wasnt just broke at the head its on down in the hole
