I have a 2000 GMC 1500 and I would like to bag it but it looks like the back tires would touch the bed when it went down. Are all of them like that? What do I do? Any help is much appreciated!!!

the outside of the fender or Inside?

You just have to buy wheels with the right offset so they tuck. You will probably ALSO need to trim the lip of the rear fender. If you do 22's you will have to tub your front end AND flip your tranny cross member to lay frame. Hope that helps.

Well I have 20s on it now with 255/30 and one side looks like it would clear but the other is way to close. Are most beds on these trucks close to the wheels when dropped down?

how is the rear airride set up on it? the trucks came with a 3/4 inch offset to one side but you should be able to bring it back over if your running a pan hard bar with the air or by adjusting the upper triangulated bars. once its centered you might have more luck gettin it to clear with minimal trimming.
