on the 01 frontier i bagged, it had the same thing. i moved it to under the cab. i would have deleted it all together but it has 2 lines coming in and 1 going out. so i shortened the 2 lines coming from the front and mounted the assembly to the side of the frame. then made a new line going to the rear end.

I just get rid of it. If you follow where the lines go, youll see one is the main feed for the rear brakes, the second line is coming from a T fitting on the front brakes. This is the aux feed, which puts more pressure in the back as the truck sits lower, indicating more weight. Just take the line and T fiting out and replace it with a barrel. I couldnt find any right away so I took off the line, cut it at the top of the fitting, welded it closed, and put it back in the T as a plug. Just clean the brake fluid out of it first so your weld isnt porous.

good call dave,
we didnt go into the system too much cuz we were trying to get the rear of the truck linked and bagged in a weekend. so, it was a pretty closed minded decision. but now i know.

Time? i didnt know that was an option. lol it never really works out to where we have a lot of time to work out all the details, but get it done, eventually.
