suicide doors on a ranger

k me and a friend are suiciding the doors on his 98 ranger and besides it being a major pain in the a$$ its going ok.. but my question is do any of you have any pictures or advice on how you did yours we keep having problems with the to of the door keeps hitting the cab and the boxes keep getting to close to the window track... so any advice would be nice..

if the top of the door is hitting the cab before you get the door open it sounds like your hinges are not perfectlly square and in line with each other. measure and level a million times it is a pain. as for the window track i dont know how close it is to yours but on my toyota it was barely touching it so i added some washers to space the window track out towards the outer door skin. worked out perfectlly. just remember measure, square and level a million times before you weld. it sucks...
