First bodydrop - 91 Caprice..

Being that this is my first bodydrop is there any thing to look out for or is it pretty much straight forward?Will the steering shaft need modified?The distributor looks like it will be a real treat to get to after the drop as well... will the firewall need modification there? Any help is appreciated.

you will have to do some modification on the firewall. it all depends on what size wheels that you are going to run.

im lookin at mine and it looks pretty straight forward dragn.. just got the frame laid last week... definitely gonna have to tub the rear...cuz the 225/35/20's sit on them now. dont know about the front yet im assured by people the 245/35/20s have to be hood support notched to lay without pie cutting the fenders. so mine may lay without...dont know the size of your tires though.
from what ive heard it is possible to do an angled b/d ...like 2.5" up front and 1" in the rear because of how the frame sets.. but it may be a rumor.

Thanks for the input. I think I am going to run a 26" tall tire at the most if I go to wide whites and 15's.
