Bitcha$$ stepmom steals truck

Its a lil' bit to read but heres the story. I had a 98 ranger stepside ext cab fixing to be bagged on 20s. nice truck that i had paid for and everything onmly i had anything to do with any kind of money for this truck, ins. gas and shit that goes wrong with it. well one day she goes ballistic on me and my dad and fights us well she said she had the titles switched in her name then she hits me on the head with it( i was mad as hell but couldnt hit her shes a chick) later on i get my dad out of jail she still has the truck not giving it back now she accuses me of stealing the rims out of the closed and locked garage and then says i stole MY xbox games that were in a bookbag in the front closet.then my father goes and totally stabs me in the back and agrees with her now im stuck at my moms having to drive a 93 s15 and my dads driving my ranger. what would ya'll do in this situation. good news though the s15 fixing to be fully shaved and dropped(for now) on 20s

Live, learn, and move on....make sure to CYA from now on. There's really not a lot you can do if she's got the titles and you've got no proof and everything (insurance, registration, etc) is in her name.

The other idea is to play her the same way. Come back, kiss ass for a while, get her to transfer eveything back and then SIONARA!!! C-YA!!! Gone.

was the title in your name to begin with?if it was and your name is on and she signed it would that be something like forgery,and pretty much what christine said,kiss ass,then cya sucker,go stay with mom that has the s15!!

the title was in my dads name but she always signed his signature for him on checks and shit but yeah im definatley fixing up the s15 its all mine no one elses and i guess i have to drop to the old saying what goes around comes around so they better damn get theirs

If you're a minor, then you've probably got very little recourse, because in most states, minors can't legally enter into contracts or technically own property, even.

....and if you're an adult, why are you in any way dependent upon your dad and stepmom?

Yup. Just have to kiss her butt and hope that she'll give it back. Doesn't sound like your dad will go to bat for you on this one. Sorry dude, good luck!

um...tell them to fuck off and move out. plant some crack in her house, and call the police. do anything you can think of to ruin their lives. have one of your buddies beat you senseless, and claim your parents did it.
