hi guys i was looking at buying a cheap header i was told to steer clear of Pace setter headers.... will this header work on my 89 2wd?

Looks good to me, plus Hedman has been making headers for awhile now so I trust them.

alright thank you i was just wondering if there was any weird clearance issues cuz its for the 85-88 22r-e didn't know if they changed anything i should worry about with the body..

another question is there anyway besides just re ringing ur 22r to cut down on the oil consumption? cuz i have decent compression like 160 + or - 2-3psi per cylinder

Why cheap? The problem I have with this is that they will rust through in a short time. Go with a stainless header & it will last!! Than if you want a step further ,ceramic coated!!.Less heat & lasting!! Plus looks great!!
