Just drive it.
Save every cent you can get a second job if you have to then do what you want and do it right the first time be alot cheaper and youll be alot happier in the long run

If ya dont have the money for i beams, I wouldnt blow your money on the cheep crap. what I would do is go straight for the big stuff that makes a huge diff. Than work on all the small detail stuff. In other words just save your money.

ya i was doin the same thing i ditched the tailgate handle n embplems first but i got a rollpan that changes alot i just recentyl shaed my tails wif some LEDS and for the same price i could hae dropped it so recomend the interior do some fiberglass n shtuff cause its gettin to be winter soon n i fo sho dont wanna be out in the cold sanding and freezin u no

relocate the tailgate handle to inside. shave emblems, what about painting some of your plastic interior pieces.

yeah i have another tailgate n im about to start shaving it, i wanna shave my doors, but leave the keylock, anyone know how this can be done? i wanna keep it real oldskool and i hate having to deal with door poppers, im prolly gonna cut a few coils to begin with and do the whitewalls and paint my wheels black , i think it'll be hott, im not really intrested in bagging it right now, i accually kinda wanna sell it

im gonna get a coil or two in the front to kindof even it out a little first..... then im gonna start on the body work and such, what does everybody think of my whitewall idea? painting the stocks black leaving the chrome cap and puttin whitewalls on it, the trucks gonna be flat black
