Pathfinder body question......

I was contemplating putting a Pathfinder body on my Hardbody frame, and I was wondering if there would be any legal issues other than the VIN number?? I would use the dash out of my truck if that would help that problem. Thanx ahead of time guys and gals

when I did my 4runner on truck frame and the last pfinder on hbody frame I built for my shop mgr. we had both the titles to the trucks and the bodies. in both cases we had them inspected by the dmv and new vin's issued. that's the legal way to do it at least in my state. most don't even bother though.
