i couldnt find another post, so here it goes. im setting up to redo my entire air suspension. I plan on running around 200psi and im looking for 1/2" valves. I was debating between either smc, gc extremes, or the airlifts. what ones would you reccomend? what are the good and bads of each? also i saw a post on the viar 450 vs 380. is the 380 just a little slower? and do you think id mess the 450 up if i ran it along with the 380? thanks for any help.

gc valves, and dont run the viair over 150 psi no matter what people say. and the 380 is good to 200psi, but a grip slower than the 450, which is only rated @ 150psi max. www.gravity-werx.com

what bout blitzluft valves? I'd heard they were discontinued but i saw forbidden motorsports had em on their website. Also has anyone had any problems wit SMC vavles?

there's tons of valve choices out there and most are about the same... for the compressors check out the Air Zenith which is awesome and 100% duty to 200 psi

i got both smc`s and blitzlift if i were to redo my set up i would get just smc`s because my blitzlifts all have a slow leak i also have two 450`s and i was thinking about changing to two of the air zeinth or a belt driven

i have had the blitzluft valves on my truck for a couple years now and dont have ANY problems with them. I have NEVER had to open any of my valves to make them work right. if you do go with the SMC's go with the 1/2 inch ones...the 3/8's ones will stick.

my 1/2 inch blitzlufts leak into lifting, slowly your driving at full height. i've heard tons of good stuff about the gc's. as for the compressors, if you're stuck on viair then i'd go with multiple 380's depending on your tank size. never hurts to go engine driven though.

Go with SMC or some Parkers bro, hands down the best valves out there. shoot me a email or something and I'll get you setup with a nice price on em.

I run 2 450's up to 180 psi on my truck and have been for about 2 years now and I am still on the original compressors and pr. switch and its a daily driver!!! I personally recomend Parkers though sorry. good luck!

yeah, they will run higer than 150psi but at 151 you voided your warranty. but not running a viair pressure switch voids their warranty anyway. this is what i think cris was talking about. if you want to run more than 150 and want a facotry viair warranty, run the 380 or 480. and one of viairs pressure switches, like the 90117, or 90118. www.gravity-werx.com
