Will my catback from my std cab fit an extended cab?

I'm selling the catback that I have left from when I had the 22re and the guy trying to buy it wants to know if it'll fit his extended cab. Mine is a standard cab and it comes out behind the rear tire.
anybody know if there's a difference?

As far as I know, the pipe between the cat and the muffler is longer, but thats an easy fix.

thats what I was thinking too. I dunno how willing he is to add the pipe though.
