applying shag any tips?

hey guys looking to start either my suspension or interior on the neon 2nite. probably interior. what do i need to apply the shag with ????

The cheapo route would be using a 3M adhesive spray. You can get it at Home Depot or Wal-Mart. Just make sure to separate the shag where you're cutting so you won't have a buzz cut when you put pieces next to each other. Good luck!

when im applying the shag i like to do so to barry manalow with candles lit. I also like to start from the back and then flip it over and hit it up good on the front.

ok any tips for the headliner im a little bit lost there all the other plastics are done this has cloth over it

You can apply your material directly to the cloth it wont hurt it, but i wouldnt advise using the 3m glue on your headliner. THe second that stuff gets hot, it looses its ability to hold, and more likely than not, your material will seperate, from the headliner. Spend the money and by some top and trim adhesive, make sure after you get everything in to lightly brush it with your hand so the loose wshag comes out, its not a fun thing to be driving down the road, roll down the windows, and then watch as loose shag start flying everywhere.
