I am pretty sure no one stocks them in Tulsa, if you find someone that sells them they are jsut going to order it for you, save yourself some time and just mail order it.
have you tried big wheels at 15th and sheridan? or theres street image on aspen street in b.a.(ouch) or theres a place on 13th or 14th and hudson, i can't remember the name of it for the life of me!
