How would I even begin to make a fiberglass headliner? I could try and fiberglass everything together in my car...the trim all the way up to the headliner, make it one piece, or probably two. Do all the trim as one and make it run into the headliner. Don't even know if this has been done before...

i just soked my stock head liner in fiber glass resin and sanded it down and kept doing that till it was smooth enuff to put flexible glaze filler over it and then sanded it and primed it. came out niiice

Do you have any pics of that? Also, what kind of resin and glaze were you using? Would it be that easy to fiberglass a dash, etc...just put resin on it and sand then put glaze/gel coat over it??

i was able to find a place out in cali. that makes hard abs plastic headliner boaards for my truck. Not sure what you want it for but they didn't make to many different types back then. I put tweed over mine but you can get them with or without cloth on them.

depends what kind of truck you have...Domestics are easy cause they have a hard headliner. If it's an import truck you are screwed cause they are just stretched plastic.
