Where can i get a set of these taillights??

I want to do this to the ass end of my truck and dont know what lights to buy? Like flushmount or what? It will probably be in the weather conditions rain snow HEAT! etc. Any comments or help would be great. They go between the tailgate and the roll pan. They are individual led tails about 12" inches long and this guy mounted them between the tailgate and the rollpan. I dont know which ones to buy? do i buy the flushmount kind and just screw em in or do i buy the ones with the buckets and weld in the buckets?

we need help 1st! i have no clue what taillights your are talkin about.
