i have a '97 xtd. cab f150, and i already have 3/4 drop on it already. im wanting to keep it with a static drop, just go alot lower, my questions are.. with the shackle/hanger in the back already, if i added a flip kit to get a total of 10" drop, how big should i make the notch in the frame? and since i've read alot about people with air ride, having to notch the cab? to make room for the drive shaft, would i have to do that also with 10" drop(i have that big 'ol alum. drvieshaft too)

and my questions reguarding the front are, with upper/lower control arms, and the drop spindle, plus the 3" coil i already have on the truck, i would have to raise or remove the inner fender wells to make room for the tire? would i have to worry about hitting the fire wall if i stay with 20s?
and last question, i was reading some suspendion tech on a diff. website, and it mentioned that when using control arms, you have to watch out for the scrub line and make sure the control arm is above it, would i have any problems with that?
thanks guys! dont bother saying just bag it, different strokes for different folks, and im set on static drop

ok, since i took the bed off my truck today at school to shave it, i now have a good idea of what all is going to be notched to clear the driveshaft. but my question now is, for those with a step notch, how did you run your brake lines since they all group up where i would be cutting? and the brakect with 2 black boxes on it? what are they, and where did you put em? thanks
