average price of a suicide doors install

I just wanted to know what would an average price be for a suicide door install on my drivers side door? Just looking for a rough idea.....im budgeting for next summer now.

I agree with mark,do it yourself.I have recently done mine with no welding experience at all.I had my bodyman buddies watch my welds and they said they were great.Get the kit at suicidedoors.com.It is expensive but you wont need too much else except some sheetmetal and a steel 5/16 rod,angle iron and some 1/8 inch.My install was on my astro which has an extremely akward door as well.Look on their website for pics of their installation.My door turned out great and the kit is top notch.Dont worry about sagging either,if you brace it good it wont sag and even if it does the door hinges and strikerplate are adjustable enough to fix that as well as to even out the body lines.

i always say do a stock hinge suicude.. i rebuild the entire jamb out of 1/4 inch & use stock hinges, door tucks into the jamb instead of swinging over the body like shitty suicide hinges.. the only doors that i had a sagging problem were the suicide hinges. that's why they say they're adjustable because when they sag you can luusen bolts & adjust... DO IT STOCK!!

if you do buy a kit by it from suscidedoors.com thats wut i have on my truck. dont buy that $199 kit form else ware

well i was planning on getting the kit from suidide doors and getting it installed. its just that my doors are already heavy as fuck and sagging in the stock hinges so i figured instead of installing new pins and bushings that i would suicide them.

about $1200 a door, including parts, not a cheap mod.

^ thats what i had figured, between 500-1500ish depending on the shop.
