Ok so im lookin to drop my 1994 ranger, and im on a tight budget..so i went to stylin concepts, found the flip kit for the rear which drops it 4", and its only $49.00, thats do-able...then theres these Dream Beams for the front wich take it down 3", about $350.00, MAYBE do-able, IF i dont have to buy anything else...would i need to buy anything else to meet the needs of these 2 kits(springs, shocks, whatever) and how hard is the installation?? Thanks

DREAM BEAMS WILL WORK BUT EVENTUALLY BEND. BELL TECHS I-BEAMS ARE BETTER. YOU WILL NEED ALL NEW SHOCKS. BUT THAT IS ALL YOU NEED. YOUR ALIGNMENT IS GOING TO COST AROUND 150 TO 200. PLUS YOU WILL NEED ALIGNMENT CAMS. AROUND 60.00 EACH YOU NEED 2. INSTALL THE FIRST TIME IS A BIOTCH. PROBLY 4-8 HOURS DEPENDING ON YOUR KNOWLEDGE AND WHATS IN YOUR TOOL BOX. AFTER THE FIRST TIME YOU CAN DO IT ABOUT 4 HOURS.

OH YEAH IF YOU PULL YOUR LEAF SPRINGS OFF TO INSTALL THE FLIP KIT THE DRIVERSIDE BOLT IS IN BACKWARDS FROM THE FACTORY AND WILL HIT THE GAS TANK. SOME KITS HAVE A NEW BOLT IN THEM TO REPLACE IT SO YOU CAN CUT IT. OR JUST DROP YOUR GAS TANK EITHER WAY ITS A PAIN.
