i just got some colorblend sikkens primer surfacer and i was wondering since its a tintable primer, do you have to mix paint into it or can you just leave it white.

SHOULD BE ABLE TO LEAVE IT WHITE.

another thing is it laid done so glassy like crazy.. looks kinda weird to me is this normal??? i mean it covered the 180 sandscratches but its just so shiney.

should be fine if it is an epoxy based primer it will look like a satin instead of flat. i have epoxy sikens on mine and it is satin or semi gloss. that is normal.

I've dealt with sikkens color blend before..its does lay does glassy..and it will cover sand scratches great..deep ones! and not swell..but it gets hard as hell and a bitch to sand!..I suggest hitting the crust with 180 da then working it with other paper..

yes it will have a gloss when it dry's, and you can not just mix a base color in it to tint it like other tintable primers. you have to use one of there primer tinters, which only come in blue black green red. you have to mix those together if you want an other color.
