temporary entrance

can someone tell me how i can put a wire or something to my door latch an have it hid incase my poppers die again.i know the dude just had a topic on poppers but mines dead ani need to order more.so is there a way i can run a wire to the outside fenderwell an just be able to pull it to get in?i need something till my selanoids get here.

yea, you can use either a manual choke cable that you can get from Napa or a brake cable off of a bicycle.

i use a steel cable like you buy to hang heavy ass pictures. Works well when i lock my keys in the truck. I have it ran to a super duper secret hiding place.

well how would i go about runnin it to a place?drill holes in the door an just latch it to the door latches inside of it?

yea, attatch one end to the latch mechanism, and run it thru the door. you can run it behind the fender and up to whereever you want. ive done it up in the fenderwell for someone. but you can have it end somewhere behind the grill, front valance, whereever is convenient for you but out of sight so ppl cant jack your shit.

dont go cheap, do it once do it right, if your vehicle's got power windows, just add a window rolldown kit to your alarm sistem, like that if a popper goes out u can roll them down and still get in. well thats what i did to my vehicle.

thats nice but what happens when your battery goes dead?

just put your battery ina convient location where you can jump it without popping the hood.

they make alarms with back up batteries,just in case u run in that kind of problem.
