looking for a newer stock ford cd player

anybody know where i can find a stock cd player out of the newer rangers that play mp3s and all that good shit. I have a buddy with an 04 ranger and he just got a t.v. and wont let me use the stocker. Said he will sell it for $800 so F that. I looked on ebay but the only one i found was a 99 and they don't play mp3s. If anybody on here has one they would like to part with let me know i need it for my splash

I have the factory 6 disc out of my 2006 F250, i used it for 2 weeks, i am not sure if it does mp3s though. Ill take $175 obo. This unit is worth $300 through ford. let me know

it is an In-dash 6 disc changer,Mp3 player, aux input ( separate part required) This is the 500 Shaker series that comes in the new Mustang, Is also got the sub output on the unit , AM/FM, satellite radio ready, The unit is in exelent working condition, there is no problems of any kind with the radio or player, i took it out the day after i bought the car to install my panasonic touch screen

wonder if it will fit in an 05 Crown Vic?
