harness questions

Inside the cab the 22re has 4 connections. 2 go to the ECU and the other 2 go to the body harness it looks like. Does anyone know what these 2 connections go to? I'm trying to figure out what those other two connections are for because I'm doing an engine swap.

Also how can I remove the body side harness from the front cap. It comes out of one side of the cab and goes around and into the other side?
