got to be an airleak check your valves

It means that one of your fill valves is probably leaking. Therefore when your bags have zero pressure and the tank has pressure is bleeds through the valve and into the bag. I know this because I have one leaky fill valve right now I need to change.

Here is a way to test it. Completely empty your vales and tank. Zero PSI, if you have a bottle turn your bottle on, if you have a compressor start the truck and the compressor will kick on and as the pressure builds it will lift that corner. If that is the case then you know if is a leaky fill valve.

bad diaphram, just take apart the valve clean it and if that doesn't work get a new diaphram. i had two of mine go bad and replaced them and now they are fine

your fill valve is stuck open. probably just a little bit.

fill valves go bad and thats what happens, depending on what valves you have, you can take the valves apart, clean them and re-seal them. should work fine.
