brake lights

i dont undersatnd what the hell is going on my tahoe the worke sometimes when i hit the brake and sometimes not. any help would help.

its a 1997

check your connections and grounds, i think on those tail lights theres a harness on the back of the light. check that also sometimes that comes lose and goes bad
