Dakota Wheel Help Needed

OK, my buddy has a 1998 Dodge Dakota. He is planning on bagging it soon and is looking for chrome wheels that will tuck. The local tire shop can't get any wheels that will. He just tried some Torq Thrust IIs and they sat out PAST the bedside due to the offset.

So where can he look? He wont go billet despite my best efforts. He wants chrome.
