Cavalier Radio In Lock Mode

My girlfriends stock 2003 Cavalier radio showed LOCKED on the screen today. She left her lights on and drained the battery, and when they jumped it, it showed this. It doesnt let me enter a pass code like a honda radio does. Anyone ever seen this and how can i fix it for her?

Anyone know what this is??? I need to know if her radio needs to be reset or if i need to get a new radio for her?
