Hey all yesterday while driving home from work the truck started to bog down in 2nd gear when I switched to 3rd and hit the gas there was absolutley no power! It would then start to sputter and make the truck jerk violently back and forth then it would clean up go fine and then do it again! So my question is the carb going bad? I have a weber on order just waiting to get it in, but I want to know if there would be any other thing it could possible a fuel pump? Also just to let you know when the truck is in nuetral I can rev the engine up and it doesnt bog or do anything, only when I am driving. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Yeah you have the fuel filter was changed about a month ago. Same with plugs, wires, cap ,rotor, oil changed, radiator fluid. I sprayed about 2 cans of carb cleaner in the carb yesterday. I drove it after spraying the carb cleaner in and it ran fine. I drove on the main roads and just floored it in 3,4,5th gears and it didnt do what it was doing the other day. Thats what keeps me believing the carb is some how bad well I will know once I get my new carb in. I will be replacing the fuel pump monday or tuesday I just got a new one so we will see.
