ok started on the front bag setup today and ran into a few problems one the bag cup brackets they gave me are so tall they will make my s10 not lay out on 19s im sure any solutions besides getting tubular lower control arms.. also my steering linkage when the truck is laid out comes up and hits the frame how are people fixing this?

I dont own an s-10 or no much about them but I am pretty sure ur gonna need spindles to lay out on a 19" wheel anyways.... have a guy in the club with no spindels or customs control arms and his shit dont lay eithere and hes only got 18`s with rubber bands so..... like I said dont quote me but im pretty sure u cant rock the stock shit to make it lay without alot of special fabrication

if you dont have drop spindles, get them. and if you do, trim the cups down. dont get too aggresive with the trimming tho. 1 inch of wheel travel may be only a half an inch of bag travel. (thats just for example)

most guys notch out the frame where the tie rod ends come into contact with the frame

hey i have a 91 s10 and well i calld suicide and i told them what i have and that i wanna run 20s they set me up with small cups 2in but i also have air ride tech control arms along with 2in spindles.. so i think that u can find 3in spindles that might help out with that... oh and your steering problem that can be solvd my taking a 2 1/2 or 3in pipe cutting it in half and cut out just above the steering and weld the peice in and there u go i hope that helps pace

Well I thought I had a pic of the tie rod section for you but I dont. If you need spindles we offer them at http://www.finalfab.com under suspensions. Let us know if we can help you..

You'll need either tubular control arms, or spindles. I believe you can lay with just control arms with 19's... but it depends on your tire size. They DO NOT make 3" drop spindles, so don't waste your time looking for them. As far as the tie rods, you'll need 2 1/2" ID tubing cut in half to notch the frame.

cut ur cups down a lil bit, 2" spindles, and tubulars will get ur truck on the ground, did you get ur cups from AIM?
