velour has a "nap" to it. run your hand across it and find out which way it is. one way will fluff it the other will matte it. put it the same direction on both doors or the colors will look different. as for rinkles - take your time. use good glue - use automotive velour not something from a crafts store. there is a difference in the price, durability, and UV resistance

when you say nap are you talkin about the white stuff on the back looks like a bunch of tiny squares. if you see the pics of my speaker box in my info thats what the stuff looks like. what type of glue would be good?

by nap i mean the way the material will either lay or stand up. the hair on your head grows a certain way, when you move againist it, it stands up. the other way it lays flat. Same thing. this effects the color of it on plain velour. the kind you are using looks like a "crushed velour" type to me. since there is a design in it, you won't have to worry about the nap as much. the design breaks up the look some.

for glue - i would go to an upholstery shop with a mason jar and see if they will sell you some glue from their 5 gallon drum. then spary it from a cheap harbour freight spray gun. i hate rattle can glues.
