stock harness to stock harness?

ok i have a later year stock cd player out of a ranger that i want to put in mine. Problem is, the harness in my ranger looks like this



and the harness required for the new cd player looks like this



how could i go about doing this? do they make an adapter harness allready that plugs directly into the new cd player and into my factory harness in my earlier ranger?

If not, could i just buy a wiring harness from wal-mart for my year ranger and wire it to a harness for the newer cd player? Then it jus serve like an adapter between the years

try best buy they sell a forward and reverse harness that u can use

ur gona have to the get the new plugs, the cd adapter plugs and a wiring diagram and see whats what and make it work i guess.
