How To: Mazda Front Bag Setup

Best I can tell, cutting it from the bottom will reduce camber, but increase ball joint angle when layed out.

I know that this thread is about the front, but that offset will never tuck in the rear with the stock axle on a bagged mazda. Never in a million years if the truck is BDed.

so which ever side you cut would probably be heavily dependent wheel size, right?

Mine is a daily so I think I would be better off not eating up my tires.

I'd say its more dependent on how low you plan on actually driving your truck. Before I removed the hydraulics on my truck, I'd usually start rolling high enough to turn, drop it all the way to the ground while rolling, and then tap the front and rear switches once to get it 1-2" off the ground. That's where I stayed unless I needed to take a sharp turn.

For my driving style, the least amount of camber when layed out is ideal...

which would be cuttin the arm like the one above??? Would this work with 20s though??? Cuz i wanna lay on 20s, with at least 3" bd, and 2wd sheetmetal

im running 205/40/r17s, flipped lower ball joints, non-flipped uppers, and non-cut upper control arms and mine lays with no isses, no binding, or anything you guys describe. you think it may be a little overkill?

I'm sure I'm gonna have to do somethin to help lower camber with 20s. I wanna be able to ride fackin low without havin to worry bout rippin my tires up, i know i won't be able to ride a quarter inch off the ground but still... i wanna stay low haha.

Probably flipped lowers, and i'm sure i'll have to cut the uppers. I'm not sure if i'm doin the 5 lug swap yet or not....
