How To: uca bushings and shaft

the upper control arm kit... he got his for 31.99, for his b20/b22, and for my 91 b26i they wanted 100 for the uca kit...

yeh. what hes saying is that its the same damn thing. haha

and i was looking at a pre truck last night and im about 95% positive the exact same kit you buy for the 2nd gen trucks will work just fine for the 1st gen trucks as well.

Just looked that up.....the entire front suspension is the exact same as a b20/22....WTF with the pricing???

and for the b2200 of the same year....

Sent a message to Justin but someone else might be online before him.... Does anyone know if the UCA bushing kit is the same for an '87 B2000 -- Justin lists his ride as a 1990 B2200 and just wanted to know if I can use the same part number. My Autozone list them but couldn't tell me if they were for my year. Also, anyone know where I could find the front tension rod bushings -- these would be the ones for the rod that goes from the front frame rail to the lower control arm. Any help is much appreciated, and thanks in advance.

the tension rod bushing were a dealer item, at least they are here in canada

so is the control arm bushings and shaft, and you dont want to know what they charge here for it

as for the suspension, 86-93 b2000, b2200 and b2600 (2wd) are all the same

Good looking out on showing the part number. I looked through the computer at work and they list a part #13202a which is no longer available. But if you search for that number it cross references to the part number fa9001 that you posted which is available to order. Your guy was good with the computer to keep digging. I'm ordering these as I type...lol

just remember guys to buy the kit do not buy the parts seperate. i forget the exact prices but one bushing was like 20 bucks or something and the whole kit including the shaft and two bushings was like 26 or something. so make sure and buy the kit. im glad people has been able to use the few little write ups i have done.
