did you put any type of fuse between the battery and the distribution block? i have 80 amp between my battery and the positive relocation terminal thing up front. ive blown a few fuses before during cranking. i had nothing on and my truck had been sitting for about a week so it took a little longer to crank up and start than normal but i guess it was a little to long cause the fuse will pop.

I was going too, but I asked a buddy of mine who is into drag racing & he said I shouldnt need it cause I was only running one battery. Ive had no problems with my setup as it is & I may add a fuse block when I get air on my truck later.

On my set up: battery to distribution blocks,+ & - to main fuse block @ engine bay,& to all other stock connections. Changed the main fuse @ that fuse block from the 60amp to a 100amp,needs to be a 140 amp,the alternator output!

I have air and a system on my truck and i was thinking about relocating the battery to the bed so i was planning on have the negative grounded in the front to the engine block and to the frame, then have 0 gauge wire coming off the positive side of the battery (with a 160 amp fuse attached to it) and run that straight to the alternator. and also im gonna have a 4 gauge wire coming off the positive side of the battery going to a distribution block and coming out of the distribution block will be a 4gauge wire that goes to the fuse box and another 4 gauge wire that goes to my system and one more 4 gauge going to my starter. anything i need to add/take away beforehand? does that sound about right?
oh yeah and its for a 96 tacoma

Sounds good to me...looks like you got everything covered! I added an extra ground on my truck in the rear just for the hell of it too & since your running all that stuff then I would add a ground under the bed as well just to be safe!

Autozone & Advance Auto Parts carry them...pretty much any parts store should have the battery boxes.
