Please help I tried to lower my truck by lossening the torrions. There are 2 nuts on the bolt for some reason I can nto get either of them loose. I need to break them free to be able to loosen the torrisions Correct? Any Ideas? Suggestions?

Yeah u are correct there is 2 nuts the only way i was ablt to get them loose was by alot of pb blaster (eats rust) and some heat. And have 2 wrenches have the top going towards loosening and the other towards tighting. and eventually it will come loose

they are a bitch,i just put 2 wrenches on and faught with them until they cracked loose,try liquid wrench and and impact gun on the bottom of the bolt to loosen them up a little

mine came loose easy....now getting the bold that they attach to on the control arms out is a bitch

me and my brother took one of with a ratchet and a long bar and the other well it broke the bolt using a impact at his garage it shered the end off his gun and fuck his wrist be carefull with those suckers

One more thing I dropped the back its sitting on a pulled middle leaf and 3in blocks.
I already removed the bump stops and it bottoms on the frame all the time.
I not ready to bag it yet.
Who makes a bolt in C-notch so that I can make the ride a little more tolerable.

I do not know of any bolt on c notches for a yota. If u are not real comfortable welding one in it should not cost a hole lot to have some one to weld one in.

We have a universal one w/ 2.25 inch more clearence, c&c cut 1/4 plate sell it to u for 59 bucks $10-15 for shipping its on the site

assuming you do have the front end jacked up and under jack stands try an impact it will eventually come loose.
