so what's goin on with the dvd's anyone know. The e-mail won't go through becuase the site is gone so I don't know what to do......

damn i have ordered so many dvds and shit lately i keep forgetting about this one that was supposed to be here wayy back lol.. still waiting on my 3 copies . anyone heard anything new?

i would look into legal action, maybe the BBB? i wouldnt doubt if its all a scam last i herd Kris is working for AVS. so if noone can get ahold of her i would contact her at work every day until you get your copy, that would get your message across. 559 456 5444, i just think its bullshit, noone gets what they paid for.. i ordered my copy of the new LowLife video on the first of the month 1/1/06 i got it 5 days later, Witch i am very greatfull Thank you Lowlifevideo. im what you would call a happy customer, you guys are awsome.. now thats how you run a business.

In the state of California, that is illegal and considered harassment. Same reason a bill collector can not harass you at work for money owned. If someone is owed a DVD, maybe call her once at work and see what it up or call her phone if you have her number.

This is the reason why I haven't gotten into the business of selling mini truck stuff online, it's too easy to fall behind and piss off people. Kris is a cool chick and I know she will take care of this.

If you give it a chance and she doesn't do anything, then maybe look into the next step. If you used a credit card, then you can call your credit card company and reserve charges last time I checked, even if ordered through PayPal.

Your such a liar bro! Kris never used dfwminis.com footage on any of her trailers. When her website started she had a Video's portion that visitors could send to her to post on the website and someone sent in those dfwminis's videos and she posted them on the website. Then someone from DFW contacted her and she took them down and apologized for the mistake.

Don't sit here and kick someone when their down. Tim's footage WAS going to be on the DVD because he choose to film for Built 2 Rail. She did not take or steal his footage for the video.

I just hate to see someone, including Kris, get her name dragged through the mud for untrue facts.
