even if the valves are frozen it'll get full lift it'll just take fkn forever. get a gauge on the tank and make sure the pressure switch is shutting off when its supposed to. how big of a tank is it? what kinda pressure switch are you using? did you just bag it and did it used to get more lift or is this the first time you've hit a switch? we need mroe info bro let us know whats happening exactly and we'll getcha thru it.

hey i pulled my tank and it was about half way full of water, but would that cause it to not lift at all?

water takes up air space and with out enough air it wont lift. Plus it could be fucking up your valves.

i know a guy that cut the cup way to short and it only got about 2 inchs of lift and that was a 150 psi in the bag. may that could be your problem

with all that water you don't have enough air volume to lift...... is it working now that you dumped the water?

I had the same exact problem and it turned out to be my pressure switch. The switch turned off before it filled the tank up to a considerable amount of pressure and as a result did not lift my front up. I went to lowes and bought a pressure guage and put it on my tank to see what kind of pressure was in my tank and sure enough it only had like 40psi in it.

This might not be your problem, but it sure is a start. Another thing I would check is your wiring.

Do you have a side to side? or just front back? Also make sure no lines are kinked.

Also check to make sure that you bags are not already fully extended. Layed out your bags should fully compress.

Another thing to try is to put a "jack" under the car and try lifting it up to see if maybe you just dont have enough pressure.

I have a 7 gallon FBI tank a viar 450 compressor, i drained all the water and pulled the valves and cleaned them but when i put everything in i still only get about 1 in of lift in the front and now the back wont lift at all

when you hit your switches can you here them?
it sounds like you might have a wiring problem
