my truck was recently doing the same thing, it was the fuel pump,mine was brand new and it was pumping fuel but didnt have the required 60 psi to run the truck.

mine was the timing , distributor cap and rotor and had to buy new plugs again.

fuel injected motors can still flood themselves.

put the pedal to the floor. then crank the motor. if it starts to come alive bring the rpms up to help blow those plugs off.

also when it spits through the top of the motor 9 times out of 10 its a jacked up firing order or timing can be too far in either direction(retarded or advanced)

change plugs again and i put 25 cents on it fires right up.

if not i dont know. what do i look like? like i know what im doing? i didnt think so.
