Shaved doors in VA?

I'm new to the Virginia Beach area, and I was wonderin do shaved handles pass inspection? Or do you have to swap an unshaved door? I wasa reading the rules online, and it said something about being able to open the door from the outside...

Also, any other "mods" that don't pass inspection?

nothing passes inspection in va beach bro. i just mooved back from there lived there for 5 years. had a car impounded for having altered suspension. if you have a lowered car you are going to get harrased and ticketed non stop and dont ever try to take it to the beach they will pull you over on a moped or a horse. that place blows goats but if you lift something 45 feet in the air they wont bother you. good luck.

yeah va sucks dick for anybody with a custom vehicle my ex girls little bro got pulled for haveing a 1.5" drop on his civic basically if you alter your vehicle in any way from stock you either 1. wont pass inspection or 2. wont have your vehicle that much cuz its gonna se a lot of impound yards. i travel into chesapeake in my truck only when i cant take annother vehicle or if its like three in the morning that place sucks

shaved handles arent going to pass here unless you find a shop that will pass you. You just have to know which shops to go to get an inspection sticker.

Shaved doors won't pass inspection in VA. Sucks doesn't it. Like you said just have an extra set of stock doors for inspection then swap em for the shaved ones once you get your sticker.

Cause we live in the Commonwealth Of Va. Its bullshit really. Va beach is worse than were im at i cant stand goin to the beach anymore cause they are total dicks. Better not get pulled with ADJ. suspension cause u will get towed for sure in VA.
