Mine is BD 4 inches all over, bends back to normal, I put a board under it when I park it in my garage.
If he does not want it to smash to shit don't cut the front down as much. Measure it and make the right cuts so it lays flush.

do you 'z' the frame less than normal to accomodate for the bumper

Nope, we did no Zin on my frame, when folks do a BD they will cut the front frame off 2 inches and that will sit the bumper flush with the ground, then they will do the body 3 inches to get it to lay and so fourth with the bed, now these are just EXAMPLES, I am not saying this is how all are done. It is alot of measures and cuts. Man mine bows out bad, but it is sick lookin. My mistake on this because in the middle of the BD is when I decided to use the 00 envoy front and the front had alreay been done. But it still looks sick, I love it.

just lay it out on the bumper...its only plastic....it'll just flex....

Ryan's sonoma two toner is so baddasss, I got the same wheels as he did, but only duce duces. Ya i am having the same problem. I am running the colorado front end with the street scene ss bumper cover. I also gotta section that biotch to lay out with my BD
